Former Sharks flanker Henco Venter has been deployed against his former team when they arrive in Glasgow to battle the Warriors on Friday night.
The loose forward joined Glasgow this season from the Sharks, and will lock horns with the Durbanites in the Vodacom URC as part of a formidable back row that includes Scotland internationals Jack Dempsey and Matt Fagerson.
Right winger Kyle Steyn is set to lead out South African coach Franco Smith's charges, with ex-Vodacom Bulls lock Sintu Manjezi and SA-born loosehead prop Oli Kebble – set to make his 100th club appearance – in line to feature off the bench.

Props Nathan McBeth and Zander Fagerson pack down in an unchanged front row with Johnny Matthews – the URC's leading try-scorer (12) – while locks Max Williamson and Scott Cummings are partnered once again.
Behind the scrum, George Horne and Tom Jordan continue as the halfbacks, as Sione Tuipulotu makes his first URC start of the calendar year after returning from injury a fortnight ago, joining Stafford McDowall in midfield.
The only change to the back three sees Facundo Cordero come into the starting XV on the left wing, with Kyle Rowe moving to fullback for the first time in Glasgow colours.
Glasgow are in second place on the URC standings, five points behind Leinster, while the Sharks are in 13th spot on the log.
