TRANSFER NEWS: South African back Chris Hollis has joined the Dragons on a short-term contract.

The 25-year-old – who can also operate at centre or wing - makes the move to Rodney Parade after a spell with Stormers.

The strong running centre – who weighs 102kgs – has linked up with the squad at the team's Ystrad Mynach training base ahead of the final three games of the United Rugby Championship season.

The Tarkastad-born back played youth rugby for the Bulls in Pretoria before signing for the Southern Kings and making his Pro14 (now URC) debut in 2019.

He later played for Griquas and the Lions before a move to Stormers in 2022.
