Looking for a spot in London that brings together the passion for rugby, great beer, and a strong sense of community? Look no further than Wolfpack. This pub was founded by two former international rugby players, Al Hargreaves and Chris Wyles, and is more than a place to watch a rugby match: it’s a celebration of rugby culture and camaraderie.
The Wolfpack is an official supporter club venue for the Hollywoodbets Sharks in London, creating a space for South Africans abroad and international fans alike to gather and support their favourite team.
We spoke with owners Al and Chris all about their love of the Hollywoodbets Sharks, the vibe at Wolfpack, and their passion for fostering community,
Why did you want to be affiliated with The Sharks as an official Supporters venue?
Al Hargreaves proudly represented the Sharks all the way from age group rugby to playing against the world’s best in the Super Rugby competition. Our partnership with the Sharks is the perfect way to reignite old friendships as well as introducing an international crowd to the Warrior Nation!
How would you describe the vibe on a Saturday afternoon/evening at Wolfpack?
Electric! It always feels like something might just kick off at the Wolfpack… Expect a fun, high-energy environment, a fantastic welcome, and the friendliest customers in town.
What is it like to watch the rugby at Wolfpack?
We would like to think it is the ONLY way to watch rugby. You’ll have to come and experience it for yourself!
What would you recommend pairs best with rugby from your kitchen?
Beer. Lots of it! Jokes. But you can't go wrong with ordering any of the delicious food options on our menu.
What makes Wolfpack such a special venue in London?
Wolfpack is a bond and a community. We believe in bringing people together one delicious pint at a time. After all, the strength of the Wolf is in the Pack.
