The Kingspan Stadium crowd will have the chance to pay tribute to a group of departing stars, including several long-serving stalwarts of the province.
Among those moving on are Alan O'Connor (210 caps), Andrew Warwick (209), John Cooney (154), Kieran Treadwell (177) and Matty Rea (111), with all five having played major roles in recent years.
They are joined in the list of leavers by Corrie Barrett (9), Reuben Crothers (7) and Michael McDonald (1), who will also depart following the conclusion of the current campaign.
Ulster have also confirmed the exits of five Academy players: Rory Telfer, Zac Solomon, Jack Boal, Cameron Doak and Ben McFarlane.
Speaking ahead of the emotional send-off, Ulster General Manager Bryn Cunningham said:
"Each player has made an important and positive contribution, both on and off the field.
"We look forward to joining our supporters on Saturday night to celebrate their contributions for the province and wish them all the very best for their next chapters."
Cunningham reserved special praise for the club's longest-serving figures, including O'Connor and Warwick, both of whom reached the 200-cap milestone this season.
"Al and Waz have been superb role models, showing total commitment to the jersey over the years," he said.
"John and Treaders made a huge impact on the senior team and made every Ulster supporter proud when they represented Ireland."
"Matty has given his all for the shirt since joining from Ballymena and can be incredibly proud of his contributions."
Academy Manager Gavin Hogg also recognised the departing young players, praising their development on and off the pitch.
"We've thoroughly enjoyed watching how they've grown as rugby players and as young men. We wish them all the best for the future, whether that's in rugby or beyond."
The round of goodbyes comes as Ulster continue to transition their squad ahead of the 2025/26 season, with further announcements expected in the coming weeks.
