Wiese out, Kwagga to tackle Les Bleus

Kwagga Smith will start for the Springboks against France after Jasper Wiese failed to recover from a concussion in time to play in Marseille on Saturday. Wiese was named to start against the Six Nations champions, retaining his place in the starting XV despite suffering a concussion in the loss to Ireland in Dublin.
