Steve Tandy's Influence on Wales Squad

Wales international Dan Biggar has lauded the impact of coach Steve Tandy, with players reportedly 'raving' about his changes and demands. Biggar, who shares a long history with Tandy dating back to their time at Ospreys, highlighted Tandy as a key figure who made the Ospreys a welcoming environment during Biggar's early career, a period he described as significantly tougher than modern rugby.

Biggar elaborated on what Tandy has changed, the three core demands he has placed on the squad, and the lessons Tandy himself has learned from past experiences, suggesting a mature and effective coaching approach that is resonating with the Welsh players.
