Stephen Varney returns for Exeter's Anglo-Welsh clash vs Cardiff

The Italy international has recovered from the knock he suffered vs Bath in the Gallagher PREM and is named in the Chiefs' starting XV vs Cardiff in the Challenge Cup on Saturday.
