In a pulsating Premiership Rugby Cup pool encounter at the StoneX, Leicester Tigers produced a dramatic second-half turnaround to defeat Saracens 31–26. A game that looked to be heading in the home side’s favour at half-time ultimately swung Tigers’ way, as they scored three second-half tries — including a 76th minute late decisive score — to secure a bonus-point victory and strengthen their position in Pool B. Chances are they will probably qualify for the knockout stages now, whilst we are left in a precarious 3rd place position with only 1 game left, next weekend being a by-week for us. Short report this time folks, not much time unfortunately and a performance I don’t want to dwell on.
