Giannis exits with right calf strain, will have MRI

Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo was sent for an MRI after suffering a right calf strain Wednesday night against the Pistons, but head coach Doc Rivers said the Bucks have ruled out the possibility of an Achilles injury.
