Ireland amend XV to face Portugal following Lions call-up

Connacht centre Hugh Gavin has been promoted to Ireland's starting XV to face Portugal in Lisbon on Saturday after Jamie Osborne's call-up to Andy Farrell's British & Irish Lions squad.
