We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has a passion for supporting young people with their studies, work experience, employability skills and life challenges, to enable positive change. As Falcons Community Social Inclusion Officer you will engage, enhance and develop enrichment sessions with hard-to-reach young people. The focus delivery vehicle is our award-winning HITZ Learning Academy in partnership with Premiership Rugby, CVC, Wooden Spoon and Newcastle College.
